Mommy & Baby Reiki Workshop
The workshop will include a welcome period, a brief meditation with group reiki, some instruction in baby massage, and an opportunity for you and your baby to receive some hands on reiki. All soothing, diapering and feeding is welcome. It will be a supportive, flexible and fluid environment. If you have any questions please reach out.
This workshop is for babies that are not yet crawling.
Moon Circle
I have been hosting this circle with some friends for the past 6 months and there have been some amazing women that have shown up to join us. As a group we have created a welcome and reflective space. If you feel drawn to join us this month I urge you to follow your gut. I think you will be happy you did.
