Baby Booty Pop Up

Baby Booty in Dedham is popping in to lead a 30 minute workout for caregivers and babies (you can workout with or without them). All fitness levels, pregnancy, and postpartum welcome! This workout includes movements we do everyday as new parents such as squatting, bending, lifting, hingeing. This workout includes warmup, squats, lunges, standing abs/arms and a barre style section.
