Perfect for all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner, a new parent getting back into exercise, or a seasoned fitness enthusiast. Come sweat, have fun, and challenge yourself!

Perri is a fitness enthusiast and certified health coach with a passion for creating fun and effective workouts. As a mom of three, she understands the challenges of carving out time for yourself, but she firmly believes that prioritizing health and fitness is one of the best things we can do for our families.
Perri spent three years teaching fitness classes in Boston before settling in Needham to raise her family. Her deep love for healthy living and fitness shines through in her classes, making them both engaging and impactful. Perri's goal is to inspire others to find joy in movement and embrace a healthier lifestyle for themselves and their loved ones.
