Zumba for Moms

Join in for a 45-minute session designed to help you move your body, enjoy great music, and follow easy-to-learn dance moves in a fun and welcoming environment. This class is perfect for moms looking for some me-time, those bringing non-crawling babies or babies in bucket seats, or anyone wanting to try dancing with a baby in a carrier.
Led by Lindsay Ernstoff, a Zumba instructor with over 14 years of experience, this high-energy class will have you dancing and working up a sweat—all while having fun. Wear comfy clothes and sneakers, bring a water bottle (and maybe a towel), and come ready to move.
This first session is a free introduction to Lindsay's Zumba class.
